We live in a fast-paced world where excessive use of phones, social media, work pressure, comparisons, noise, and constant notifications is very common. even when we are sleeping or our body is on rest mode our mind is always running . MEDITATION is something which should be practiced by each and everyone, no matter of what age of that person is.

Our mind is not a machine it also needs rest, continuous mental activity leads to stress, anxiety, depression, poor sleep, and emotional exhaustion leading to poor health.

As we know that we live in fast paced world but taking out few moments for our body and mind is essential

Meditation is not about stopping thoughts, It is about learning to sit with yourself peacefully.

Here are few ways , adopting them in your daily routine can really gives the best result to you mind and body—-

Choose the time for meditation-

Early morning or before bedtime works best, but the most important is what time suits you . meditation or mindfulness activities are something which we can practice at any , during stress period, confused state of mind, not it just divert your mind from negative thoughts to the positive .

what does mean by choosing time?

Choosing a specific time for a mindfulness activity trains your mind to show up at the same time every day.
This consistency helps build a habit and makes it easier to not break the chain.

It does not take hours, its just a matter of few minutes of you hectic schedule that is may be 15-30 minutes of proper breathing.

Start with baby steps-

It is not necessary to start with 30 or 45 minutes of meditation. It’s not mandatory at all.

In the beginning, whatever time you can manage is enough.
Even 5 to 10 minutes a day is more than enough to start. Setting the time bar only distracts. Slowly, you can increase the time according to your comfort and routine.
There is no pressure to give long hours to meditation.

What truly matters is consistency, not duration. Practicing for a few minutes every day is far more powerful than meditating for long hours once in a while.

Practice daily

it should not be like you are doing it today and the next time you will practice will be next week.

every habit takes time to become permanent , leaving it in between can destroy the efforts you have already invested in it before. practicing the meditation daily can really be beneficial if you take it seriously.
