These breakfasts are lightweight, comforting, and easy to digest, making them ideal for mornings. They provide the right amount of energy that helps you begin your day feeling fresh, active, and balanced. However, vegetable poha and upma comes in the category of healthy breakfasts  only when you add plenty of vegetables to them without vegetable i can&#8217;t be called healthy. You can include vegetables like carrot, tomato, capsicum, onion, and other seasonal veggies whatever of your preference. Adding more vegetables not only makes your poha or upma more tasty, but also more nutritious and richer in protein, fiber, and essential vitamins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Process of making <\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Vegetable Poha Recipe<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<br>\u2022 1 cup poha (flattened rice)<br>\u2022 1 small onion (chopped)<br>\u2022 1 small carrot (grated)<br>\u2022 \u00bd capsicum (chopped)<br>\u2022 1 small tomato (chopped)<br>\u2022 2 tbsp peanuts<br>\u2022 1 green chilli (optional)<br>\u2022 \u00bd tsp mustard seeds<br>\u2022 \u00bd tsp turmeric<br>\u2022 Salt to taste<br>\u2022 1 tsp oil<br>\u2022 Lemon juice<br>\u2022 Fresh coriander<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Method:<br>1. Wash poha gently and keep it aside to soften.<br>2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and peanuts.<br>3. Add onion and saut\u00e9 until light golden.<br>4. Add vegetables, green chilli, turmeric, and salt. Cook for 2\u20133 minutes.<br>5. Add softened poha and mix gently.<br>6. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes.<br>7. Switch off the flame, add lemon juice and coriander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <em>Vegetable Upma Recipe<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<br>\u2022 1 cup rava (semolina)<br>\u2022 1 small onion (chopped)<br>\u2022 1 small carrot (chopped)<br>\u2022 \u00bd capsicum (chopped)<br>\u2022 \u00bd cup green peas<br>\u2022 1 green chilli (optional)<br>\u2022 \u00bd tsp mustard seeds<br>\u2022 6\u20138 curry leaves<br>\u2022 Salt to taste<br>\u2022 1 tbsp oil<br>\u2022 2\u00bd cups water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">Method:<br>1. Dry roast rava until light golden and keep aside.<br>2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.<br>3. Add onion and saut\u00e9 until soft.<br>4. Add vegetables, salt, and green chilli. Cook for 2\u20133 minutes.<br>5. Add water and let it boil.<br>6. Slowly add rava while stirring continuously.<br>7. It contains good dietary fiber which is very good for your gut health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After knowing so much benefit of one dal can you imagine how much it can be beneficial for you to start your day with!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">here I am sharing how you can make best out of one ingredient :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>process<\/em><\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moong Dal Chilla Recipe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<br>\u2022 1 cup yellow moong dal<br>\u2022 1 small onion (finely chopped)<br>\u2022 1 small carrot (grated)<br>\u2022 1\u20132 tbsp chopped coriander<br>\u2022 1 green chilli (optional)<br>\u2022 \u00bd tsp cumin seeds<br>\u2022 \u00bc tsp turmeric<br>\u2022 Salt to taste<br>\u2022 Water (as required)<br>\u2022 1 tsp oil (for cooking)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Method:<br>1. Wash and soak moong dal for 4\u20135 hours or overnight.<br>2. Drain the water and grind the dal into a smooth batter using little water.<br>3. Transfer the batter to a bowl. Add onion, carrot, coriander, green chilli, cumin seeds, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.<br>4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.<br>5. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it gently into a thin circle.<br>6. Cook on medium flame until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side.<br>7.
